How you will make an impact

What you do as a Controller

• Conduct monthly reviews of financial records with the Financial Officer to ensure accuracy and address complex accounting matters.
• Provide guidance to the Financial Officer in managing administrative tasks.
• Oversee financial processes to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
• Create insightful reports and KPI dashboards to empower decision-making.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and monitor R&D budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for investors and financiers, offering clear insights into financial health.
• Utilize financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and act as the primary liaison for auditors and tax advisors.

Why you make a difference

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in a financial role.
• Have extensive experience with reliable financial administrations.
• Have broad experience in preparing reports and forecasts, preferably with financial models.
• Have excellent skills in MS Excel.
• Communicate effectively in both Dutch and English.
• Preferably have some experience with subsidies and financing.
• Have at least a HBO level of education and thinking.
