How you will make an impact

Your impact as an IP Manager is substantial. You’ll utilize your expertise to identify, monitor, and safeguard the intellectual property rights of our pioneering sustainable energy technologies. Your role involves drafting clear and comprehensive patent claims, collaborating with patent agencies, guiding the filing process, and serving as a valuable advisor to our technical teams and the management team.

What you do as an IP Manager

• Manage patents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive protection of intellectual property.
• Conduct thorough research on existing patents, assessing their scientific context to evaluate novelty and inventiveness.
• Collaborate with and advise technical teams to distill the essence of innovative technology and translate it into precise patent claims.
• Guide the filing process of patents at (inter)national patent agencies, and defending them when necessary.
• Develop and execute IP strategies, providing guidance to technical teams in their implementation.
• Monitor technology landscapes, detecting potential infringements on existing patents to uphold IP rights.

• Demonstrate relevant knowledge and/or education in chemistry, physics, energy technology, or a related technical discipline.
