Where innovation
meets impact
Iron Fuel Projects
RIFT’s integrated project development drives our technology from concept to real-world decarbonization—creating lasting value and accelerating the transformation of industrial heat.
How
we work
A typical project pairs an Iron Fuel production plant – near a low-carbon hydrogen source – with multiple boiler installations. Iron Fuel moves seamlessly by truck, ship, or train, forming a flexible, scalable energy network.

From idea
to impact
Our project development follows clear stages: from concept and feasibility to detailed engineering, construction by trusted EPC partners, and ongoing operations. This structured approach ensures reliable delivery and lasting environmental benefits.
Idea
Our project development follows clear stages: from concept and feasibility to detailed engineering, construction by trusted EPC partners, and ongoing operations. This structured approach ensures reliable delivery and lasting environmental benefits.
Concept
Translate the idea into a high-level project concept, including early technical, commercial, and location considerations. Prepare initial budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
Feasibility
Assess the project’s technical, economic, environmental, and regulatory viability. Deliver detailed studies, risk assessments, and stakeholder commitments to confirm the business case.
FEED
Develop detailed technical designs, cost estimates, and project execution plans. Secure permits, finalize contracts, and prepare for construction with trusted EPC partners.
EPC
Execute the build phase with full engineering, procurement, and construction management. Deliver the operational system, tested and ready for handover.
Operations
Operate the system according to agreed KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize processes. Implement refinancing or long-term financing to ensure sustainable operations.
