From demo
to pilot.
In this project, we design, build and validate a 1 MW boiler and a 200 kW production system under real operating conditions. At the same time, we prthe supply chain, regulatory requirements and operational setup needed to move from demonstration to implementation. The objective is clear: remove the remaining technical and practical barriers so pilot projects can move forward with confidence.

Why it matters.
A successful demonstration is not enough to unlock industrial adoption. Before companies invest in pilot installations, the technology must prove reliability under real operating conditions and fit within existing supply chains, regulations and operational frameworks. Without this step, Iron Fuel remains a promising innovation. With it, commercialization become a viable next move.
